Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflower
  2. 4eggs
  3. Corn flower
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4Cabbage
  6. 1/4
  7. Carrot
  8. 1/4onion
  9. Bonnet
  10. 3cubesMaggi
  11. 1 table spooncurry

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all the dry ingredient,egg water and mix untill become a doughand it must not be too tick and too watery

  2. 2

    Place a non stick pan on a fire use a brush to scoop the batter on the pan and leave to fry in low heat

  3. 3

    In a pan set of fire add oil and onion fry for 2to 3min in low heat crush bonnet and mix together add sesoning curry and salt and mix again add the shareded cabbage and carrot and mix cook for3min in low heat

  4. 4

    Place the sheet on a plate and add the fillings.gum the edges with water and fold gently then fry in oil untill all sides is golden brown
