Put in the milk bit by bit until you make a dough, allow dough to rest for about 10 minutes

Divide dough into 3 or 6...am using only 3 eggs so I divided mine into 3
Take a dough open and place the egg then enclose it...ensure the egg is properly closed - 5
Heat your oil on medium - low heat then deep fry your egg roll

The ingredients are pretty simple and making it is rolling the egg mixture like a log shape. I would be honest, it wouldnt be easy at first but once you get the hang of it, youll become master in rolling hehe. Even how thin the layer would be :)For this recipe i added cheese in every layer to add flavor. And we love cheese :) this might not be the common practice but I added milk to lighten the mixture and for added calcium! Aside cheese, you can also add nori, vegetables or even meat. And by the way, I am using a round non stick frying pan and its possible! You dont have to use the rectangular one. This has been my go to breakfast meal when my boys like some eggs for breakfast. Sister Dee-Dee and I became obsessed with egg roll food truck that comes to town once or twice a month. They have loads of delicious fillings, and I was impressed that they slice them lengthwise so they're easy to sauce and eat. Also didn't previously know there are extra-large egg roll wrappers than the regular size we find at the grocery store. We found extra-large SPRING ROLL wraps at the Asian market, so used those; but would have preferred egg roll wrappers. Only complaint with the egg roll food truck is their price; $50+ for the two of us!! So we decided to have a go at making our own.Since a Reuben is my #1 favorite sandwich, this was my easy choice. Dee-Dee is making a barbecue pulled pork, and we're also going to try a caramel apple dessert egg roll! (Will add those soon. ) Not giving measurements, just method; use amounts to your preference.Was very tasty, but I have to admit that the food truck's are prettier and fatter. Maggie Conlon
