Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2 tablespoonvegetable oil
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1.5 tablespoonsugar
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 3Cooked egg
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put in your flour, baking powder, sugar and salt....mix thoroughly

    Add in your oil and egg
    Mix thoroughly

    Put in the milk bit by bit until you make a dough, allow dough to rest for about 10 minutes

    Divide dough into 3 or 6...am using only 3 eggs so I divided mine into 3
    Take a dough open and place the egg then enclose it...ensure the egg is properly closed

    Heat your oil on medium - low heat then deep fry your egg roll
