Mix an egg with salt, pepper, ang chopped onion into bowl

Fried the mixture on a pan with little vegetable oil. Fried with small heat until it turn to brownish

Slice the fried egg so it formed long rectangle

Slice carrot and cucumber so it formed long matches

Take nori sheet and put it on the bamboo mat then put rice on the nori sheet. Press the rice a little

Spread bon cabai on the rice as much as you prefer

Put the piece of fried egg on the edge of rice together with sliced carrot and cucumber

Roll the nori sheet

Slice the sushi as you wish
