Banana split without ice cream

You have an overripe banana and dont know what to do. The texture is almost creamy like ice-cream while pqck with natural nutrient, being a perfect refreshing treat for summer.

This is a delicious way to enjoy the summers perfect fruit. I did not sweeten any of the fruit, I wanted the pure fruit flavor with the sweetness of all the other ingredients complementing the berries and peaches. This recipe makes 4 large banana splits, each one can serve 2 easily.

I was trying to find an old recipe for a banana split desert that involved Graham crackers. I couldn't find any on this site that sounded like it. So I combined another recipe I have with a Graham cracker crust.

One of my favorite cakes to make and the family loves it... serve it immediately with a scoop of ice cream or later with a cup of coffee.

So easy and no preservatives. If you want it to be a little sweeter you can add some vanilla yogurt. #sweet
