  1. 3large fresh cod fillets 2.5 lbs.
  2. 2 tbspCajun or Smoked Papirika
  3. 2 tbspthyme
  4. 1 pinchblack pepper
  5. 3 pinchcourse sea salt
  6. 1 tbspred pepper flakes
  7. 1 pinchwhite pepper
  8. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  9. 4 tbspolive oil or avocado oil
  10. Cast iron skillet
  11. 400-450Hot Grill

Cooking Instructions

    Take fresh cod fillets and drench then w light oil so all of the fish is lightly coated

  2. 2

    Mix up all spices, dredge fish in spices.

  3. 3

    Get your grill hot, prepare cast iron w 3 tbsp oil in hot pan. Put on the grill! When hot, put on the fish.

    Cook each side for 3-5 minutes. Fish will flake apart when done and blackened!!
    Enjoy! I love to add fresh lemon on top !
