Melt in Your Mouth Round Bread with Heavy Cream

I added heavy cream to my normal plain round bread recipe and it turned out really soft and tender.
My oven doesn't work well, so I turned the heat up a bit.
Every oven has different tendencies so adjust the cooking temperature and time based on your oven. Recipe by Ayachipan

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the bread flour in a bowl. Add sugar and yeast on the side closest to you, and salt on the opposite site.
- 2
Combine milk and heavy cream and once it becomes a bit warmer pour it over the yeast. Mix the moistened section of the dough with your index finger.
- 3
Once the yeast starts to bubble, mix everything together. Once the dough is no longer powdery, take it out of the bowl and knead it on the counter (press it forward with your palms).
- 4
After kneading for about 10 minutes, add the margarine and knead it some more (at first the margarine will break up into chunks but if you continue to firmly knead the margarine will blend in and make the dough shiny).
- 5
Once finished kneading, round the dough into a smooth ball. Make sure the bottom of the dough is firmly closed and place it in a bowl.
- 6
Cover the bowl with saran wrap and a wet paper towels, and let the dough rise (place it in the oven for 50 minutes at 40°C using the oven's fermentation setting, or during summer you can just leave it out at room temperature).
- 7
After the first rise, punch down the dough and then roll it into a ball again. Cover the bowl with saran wrap and a wet paper towels again and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 8
After letting the bread rest, roll it out into a rectangle, then roll that up from the edge that's closest to you.
- 9
Once you're done rolling make sure to seal the seam firmly. Note, now coat the mold with shortening.
- 10
Place the dough in the mold and close it. Place a wet paper towel on top and it's time to let the dough rise for a second time. Place in the oven for 40~50 minutes at 40°C using the oven's proofing setting (let it rise so it fills about 80% of the mold).
- 11
This is after the second rising. Once it looks like this, preheat the oven to 220°C.
- 12
Bake the bread for 30 minutes in the oven at 220°C (flip it over after 20 minutes) and it's done.

Light and Fluffy Pull-Apart Bread with Cream Cheese Light and Fluffy Pull-Apart Bread with Cream Cheese
My grandmother asked me to bake bread with cheese kneaded into the dough. So I created this recipe. It turned out a little bit different from what she expected, but the cream cheese made the crumb very tender. When I visit my parents' house, I can use their bread maker and it is so easy to bake. But I usually knead by hand at home.Since this dough is soft I find it easy to form. But if you find it too sticky, just flour your hands and work surface. Recipe by Mirunesan cookpad.japan -
White Bread Rolls of Happiness Using Fresh Cream White Bread Rolls of Happiness Using Fresh Cream
The panettone yeast starter and the fresh cream make this dough very finely textured! This is a soft, white bread. When I put a freshly baked roll in my mouth, the fluffy light, soft texture made me sigh with happiness. I recommend this for people who like soft, moist bread.Keep on kneading the dough diligently until the gluten is well developed. When baking the bread, every oven is different so watch it and adjust. I made this with regular flour sold at a supermarket. The bread is at its best freshly baked, fluffy and tender, but it remains soft after some time too, and retains its moisture and tenderness. Rich and Creamy Bread Rolls Rich and Creamy Bread Rolls
I had some heavy cream left over so I used it in bread. You can freeze bread so the heavy cream doesn't go to waste.Either line the pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.Of course you can knead by hand or use a bread maker! It's a very stretchy dough, so for the first rise if it expands to about 1.5 times it's original size, it's good to go. Recipe by Yukibomu cookpad.japan -
Perfectly Round! Soft White Table Rolls (Milk Bread) Perfectly Round! Soft White Table Rolls (Milk Bread)
I bake these rolls for breakfast and snacks. (I wanted to recreate the white table rolls from a bakery near my house.)I use "Super Camellia" brand strong bread flour. You may need to adjust the amount of milk depending on the flour you use. When the rolls cool down a little, put them in a plastic container or a plastic bag as soon as possible to prevent them from drying out. For 10 rolls. Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Bread Dough Fluffy Bread Dough
I bought a ton of extra-strong bread flour. However, using a lot of it at once is kind of a waste, so I blended the strong flour and cake flour to make my own, and made the dough with it. This dough is suitable for either sweet bread or savory bread. If you don't have extra-strong bread flour, use 240 g of bread flour and 60g of cake flour.Adjust the heat of the milk based on the season, and adjust the amount of milk as well based on the season and how floury the dough is.This dough is very easy to make.It won't get hard the next day and will still be delicious. All you need to do to recreate the freshly baked fluffiness is just heat it up in a 500w microwave for 20 seconds. Brioche Bread with Butter & Egg Yolk Brioche Bread with Butter & Egg Yolk
I had a few egg yolks left over so decided to try my hand at a brioche. I was so surprised how delicious it turned out!!These brioches are made with half the flour for french bread so are extra fluffy! Trehalose helps to protect the bread from drying out, so the brioches will be nice and fluffy, even after being left for a day or so! Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan
