Ingredients

  1. 1big Yam
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onions
  5. Scotch bonnet(attarugu)
  6. Red pepper (Tattasai)
  7. Maggi
  8. Onga
  9. Curry
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peal the yam and wash it very well add your salt..

    Wash your tomatoes, onions, attarugu, red pepper (Tattasai) and blend them in a blender.

    Put the yam in a pot and boil the yam for 10 to 15 mins

    Put your oil inside the put and put your vegetables in it and fry it..

    If the yam is done then put the yam into the turmi and pound it until it smooth...

    Put your spices in the stew and water..

    Make your pounded Yam and stew ready..
