Honey Roasted Walnuts
Simple and so delicious. Allow them to cool a bit after you pull them out the oven or you’ll burn your mouth like I just have 🤣 🔥 #3Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt the oil and honey together in a small bowl using a microwave (or a small pan).
- 2
Add your walnuts and stir well to coat.
- 3
Line a tray with baking paper and lay the nuts out in a single layer. Bake at 160 for 20 minutes.
- 4
Then stir and return to the oven for 5 minutes at a time. The nuts are done when all of the extra honey and oil has been soaked up and the nuts are golden and sticky. You can sprinkle with a little sea salt here if you like.
- 5
Allow to cool (trust me 😂) then eat them all!

Baked Pumpkin Gnocchi with Walnut Crumble Baked Pumpkin Gnocchi with Walnut Crumble
I choose to cook to "eat nature" and turn every dish into a sensory experience! 🧘Pumpkin, perfect for so many different uses, is especially great for making gnocchi, giving them a beautiful color that ranges from golden to orange depending on the variety you choose. The creamy béchamel, the crunch of freshly gathered walnuts from a walk in the woods, and the fragrant aroma of sage from my terrace made this pasta dish unforgettable! 🥰 Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy -

Frozen Golden Soup Dumplings – Steam Oven Recipe Frozen Golden Soup Dumplings – Steam Oven Recipe
This time, I used Golden Soup Dumplings from a group buy and cooked them with the Panasonic steam oven NN-BS1000 using the steam function. Lighter, baked, egg-free and butter-free, with a crisp, delicate hazelnut shell filled with a sweet (but not too sweet) and delicious coffee cream. So fresh.(Too bad my piping bag gave out on me halfway through...).Trust me, they’re amazing! Perfect for breakfast, a snack, dessert, or anytime😍Will you give them a try? Baked Potato and Red Onion Frittata (All Raw Ingredients) Baked Potato and Red Onion Frittata (All Raw Ingredients)
This is a super simple recipe. The potatoes, which are cut into fairly small pieces, cook perfectly right in the oven without any trouble. They really taste like roasted potatoes, because that's exactly what they are—the result is a delicious, savory casserole. You can also add some American cheese slices in the middle (I do this) for extra creaminess, and season with a pinch of nutmeg. #La CucinaDiMimi#Translated from Cookpad Italy
