Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 2 tbspnbutter
  3. 1 tbspnsugar
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbspnmilk
  6. 1/2tspn baking powder
  7. 1egg
  8. 1sardine
  9. Ginger and garlic
  10. 3 piecescotch bonnet
  11. 1onion
  12. Seasoning and spices

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl, add flour, sugar, milk powder, baking powder, pinch of salt, butter and egg mixed well and make a dough.

    In a pan add little oil,ginger and garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes.Add diced onions,scotch bonnet,seasoning titus fish,curry,thyme and stir and set aside.

    Roll out your dough, cut to your desired shapes and put your fillings. Arrange your fish in your baking tray/ pan and bake your fish roll is ready.
