Simple Black Tea Mousse with Marshmallows Simple Black Tea Mousse with Marshmallows
I bought a stockpile of marshmallows and had some left over, and I wanted to make a dessert to use them all up at once, so I made this. Please adjust the amount of milk to suit your tastes (150 ml will make this rather sweet). In Step 4, if you pour the mixture into the cups while it's still hot it will be very bubbly, so please pour it in after letting it sit for a while. If you pour it into one bowl first and then add it bit by bit to individual cups, the bubbles will decrease, and it will be well balanced. You can play around with the tastes by using flavored black tea if you like. I made this with framboise (raspberry) flavored tea. Recipe by ne-ne cookpad.japan -
Easy Ice Cream Made with Marshmallows Easy Ice Cream Made with Marshmallows
I wanted to make a rich ice cream without using heavy cream or eggs!If you don't add anything to this recipe, it'll taste and smell like marshmallows. It's still good, but I recommend adding jam, so you can enjoy all kinds of flavors. If you stir it up halfway through, it is creamier, but you can make it without this step. If you omit this step, try spreading out the mixture in a large container and stir it up just before serving. If the ice cream is too hard when you take it out of the freezer, leave it for 5 minutes, then poke the sides and top with a fork and stir it around. It will melt fairly easily. 3 Minute Marshmallow and Yogurt Mousse 3 Minute Marshmallow and Yogurt Mousse
The recipe on the bottom of the marshmallow bag didn't use the microwave, and when the next day came, you could clearly tell that it was made from yogurt + marshmallow. This time, I took the picture when I removed them from the microwave and I wasn't able to work very quickly so there's a bit of a marshmallowy taste left over, but it still tastes good.Shortcut Memo: I used the same bowl for melting the marshmallows, mixing in the yogurt, and cooling. The only dishes to wash are the whisk and the spatula used for scraping out the yogurt. Recipe by yotteria cookpad.japan -
