Simple Black Tea Mousse with Marshmallows

I bought a stockpile of marshmallows and had some left over, and I wanted to make a dessert to use them all up at once, so I made this.
Please adjust the amount of milk to suit your tastes (150 ml will make this rather sweet). In Step 4, if you pour the mixture into the cups while it's still hot it will be very bubbly, so please pour it in after letting it sit for a while. If you pour it into one bowl first and then add it bit by bit to individual cups, the bubbles will decrease, and it will be well balanced. You can play around with the tastes by using flavored black tea if you like. I made this with framboise (raspberry) flavored tea. Recipe by ne-ne

Easy and Fluffy Black Tea Mousse Easy and Fluffy Black Tea Mousse
The Theme of the Week this week was "Sweets Using Black Tea." I remembered that I made "Fluffy and Creamy Coffee Mousse", but I hadn't made a black tea version. It has different ingredients and uses a different process, so I uploaded this recipe here.In Step 4, if it is too thick after chilling in the fridge, leave it at room temperature for a while and whisk gently until it has a thick consistency. You can also add spices that you like. I recommend chai tea flavouring. Of course, you can use loose leaves instead of a tea bag. Add 2-3 g of tea leaves to the saucepan, simmer then strain. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -

3 Minute Marshmallow and Yogurt Mousse 3 Minute Marshmallow and Yogurt Mousse
The recipe on the bottom of the marshmallow bag didn't use the microwave, and when the next day came, you could clearly tell that it was made from yogurt + marshmallow. This time, I took the picture when I removed them from the microwave and I wasn't able to work very quickly so there's a bit of a marshmallowy taste left over, but it still tastes good.Shortcut Memo: I used the same bowl for melting the marshmallows, mixing in the yogurt, and cooling. The only dishes to wash are the whisk and the spatula used for scraping out the yogurt. Recipe by yotteria cookpad.japan -

No Heavy Cream or Eggs! Simple Black Tea Ice Cream No Heavy Cream or Eggs! Simple Black Tea Ice Cream
I made this because I wanted to eat a simple, delicious black tea ice cream.I recommend pushing on the leaves with a spoon or something when you strain them. If you're using cheap tea bags, don't add in strong-scented liquor because it will completely mask the aroma of the tea. Recipe by Kumiyamu cookpad.japan -
Black Tea Tiramisu Black Tea Tiramisu
Coffee-flavored tiramisu are certainly tasty, but I was sure that black tea would also work. This is a variation of a recipe that I read elsewhere.Take care to use only a small amount of powdered cocoa and cinnamon for the topping. Using an excessive amount destroys the black tea flavor. Homemade Milk Jam Black Tea Flavor Homemade Milk Jam Black Tea Flavor
To create this, I reworked my recipe for condensed milk. The key to making this is turning off the heat when you're wondering if it's thickening or not. If you turn off the heat prematurely and it's watery, heat again. It hardens when chilled. If it becomes too hard, reheat it. Recipe by Akahoppe cookpad.japan -
Moist and Airy Black Tea Chiffon Cake Moist and Airy Black Tea Chiffon Cake
This is the tea chiffon cake I always make. When I eat something rich with a generous heaping of tea leaves, I feel like I'm treating myself well (Is that just me?). Chiffon cake really is delicious!!It is a bit of a pain, but grinding up the tea leaves used as topping will give the cake a better mouth feel. Be careful not to over-whip the egg whites. If you over-whip them, then you will have problems from Step 8 onwards. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Easy Mint Mousse Easy Mint Mousse
I kept buying small packages of mint at the supermarket and they'd go bad, so I thought I could make something with them besides herb tea. I also wrote about this in Step 12.I learned how to use chopped mint to infuse a liquid from a recipe by food writer Fujino Makiko that appeared in a magazine. If you don't have mint liqueur, increase the amount of mint leaves. Speaking of which, the mousse had a lot less color than I expected, so I added a little bit of green food coloring. It doesn't affect the taste, so you don't need it if you don't mind the color. For enough to fill 2 150ml bowls. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -
Homemade Black Tea Liqueur Homemade Black Tea Liqueur
Since Kahlua Milk exists, I thought that a tea version should work too! I wanted to try it, but around these parts they only sell tea liqueur in big bottles and it's expensive. I had some white liquor left over from making fruit liqueurs, so I sort of winged it to use up leftovers, but the results were pretty tasty.I recommend using Earl Grey tea, but other flavors should work too. You can use tea bags too, in which case, use about 3 bags. Rock sugar crystals, raw cane sugar or beet sugar should work too. 30 g is not that sweet, but the resulting liqueur is easy to use. If you are going to use the liqueur in cocktails, use up to 50 g of sugar, but it will be rather sweet. The alcohol content is quite high, so be careful not to drink too much. Try it as a flavoring in baked goods. Recipe by Minori105 cookpad.japan
