Hot and crispy Neerulli baje or onion pakora is a tasty snack that is enjoyed by all with a cup of hot tea during the Monsoon.
Cooking Instructions

Take the vertically sliced onions in a bowl and spread it out. Except coconut oil, add all the above-mentioned ingredients and mix well with your hands. Do not add water as the onions starts leaving its moisture. Rest the mixture for 5 min. Little water can be sprinkled if the mixture is too dry (only if necessary).

Heat coconut oil in a deep kadai under medium flame. Take a spoonful of the mixture and roughly flatten between your fingers and leave it in the oil. Fry till golden brown and crispy. The crispy and tasty Neerulli baje is ready to be served with a dip of your choice.
