Easy Pie Crust

My friend who loves cooking taught me this recipe when I was living in England.
Do not knead the dough.
Chill the butter until use and do not let it melt.
Be quick in your prep. Recipe by Fushicche
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add the flour and butter into a bowl. Keep mashing with your fingertips.
- 2
Keep doing it (for about 3 minutes) until there are no more butter lumps, so that it becomes grainy.
- 3
Gradually add the water until it's about the same softness as your earlobes. Mash it again with your fingertips instead of kneading.
- 4
When it starts to come together, form into a ball without kneading, and cover with plastic wrap. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let it rest, and you're done!
