I made a sandwich with my daughter's favourite ingredients, and it was surprisingly delicious.... I make it every morning.

It's easy. The hints are as the steps:
1. Spread mentaiko on the cheese slice.
2. Stop the heat before putting the cheese on the egg.
3. The cheese side should be down and the mentaiko side up.
If you observe the above, the egg will be creamy and the mentaiko wont' cook through, and apparently, it will be delicious! Recipe by Honjitu no recipe

  1. 2 sliceSandwich Bread (sliced into eighths)
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1portion Mentaiko (salt-cured spicy pollack or cod roe)
  4. 1 sliceSliced cheese (melting type)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Fold the egg in a square around the cheese slice. (This is fun to do!)

  4. 4

Place it on the bread and make a sandwich. It is the perfect size to the cheese slice.

  5. 5

Toast it (high heat) until browned, and it's done.

  6. 6

    Slice in half, and enjoy.
