Ingredients

  1. Ripe mangoes
  2. Leavesmint
  3. Ginger
  4. Cloves
  5. Water (optional)
  6. Sugar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop the mangoes coarsely (Ensure that there's no peel on any of the chunks)

  2. 2

    To a blender jar combine the choped mangoes, ginger chunks, cloves, rinsed mint leaves, sugar or any sweetener of your choice (optional) and top with chilled water (optional).

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Pour the juice into a bowl/jar through a strainer if you want a thin mango juice.

  5. 5

    Transfer to serving glasses and add ice cubes.
