  3. stalkGreen onion......one
  4. Marinade
  5. Cornstarch......as needed
  6. Soy sauce......as needed
  7. Black sesame oil......as needed
  8. Rice wine......as needed
  9. Chili pepper......one
  10. clovesGarlic......two

    Prepare the ingredients. Slice the cucumber, and finely chop the green onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Slice the pork leg meat into thin pieces.

    Prepare the marinade. Mix the cornstarch with water until smooth, then add soy sauce, rice wine, and black sesame oil to taste. Mix well and marinate for about ten minutes (longer is fine too).

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili pepper, and sauté until fragrant. Then stir-fry the cucumber 🥒.

    After two minutes, add the marinated pork slices.
