Raspberry Jam
I started growing raspberries and blackberries last year. This is the first jam I've ever made and I am addicted to its deliciousness. The fragrance and flavor is great if you use granulated sugar. I usually use lemon juice. I used citric acid once because I read in a book that it really brings out the savory flavor of the fruit, but I couldn't really tell any difference. (Apparently you can substitute lemon juice for kiwi or fig) You should use a pot that can withstand acidity, such as an enameled or stainless steel pot (thought enameled is best). This is quite sweet and sour, so if you want a sweeter jam, taste it in Step 4 and adjust the amount of sugar. Recipe by Genpokin

Blackberry Jam
There are blackberries that grow in my backyard every year and I wanted to eat them somehow, so I turned them into a jar of jam.Don't blend too much or crush the seeds. The hard, little seeds can leave a taste in your mouth, so strain the berries to remove them as much as possible.I rarely see blackberries being sold in supermarkets here where I live, but you can easily grow your own outside on the balcony. They have sharp thorns, but they will grow into such sweet berries. Recipe by cafe-cafe.

Grape Jam
I have concord and catawba grapes in my backyard and find this far easier than trying to make wine. The key is to pick 'em before the wildlife gets 'em...lol

Grape Jam
I created this recipe because I received a lot of grapes. When you are pouring the jam into bottles, it might be still runny, but when it cools, it will thicken and be perfect. Recipe by uzukaji

Mulberry Jam

Lemon Jam
We received a lot of freshly picked lemons as a gift. The cooking time will vary depending on how strong the heat is, so adjust.By not simmering it for too long, you can preserve the fragrance and color of the lemons. If you leave the white pith, it will be bitter. Thinly peel off just the zest using a vegetable peeler. You don't have to parboil the zest - it will still be delicious. Recipe by Yukijirushi

Mulberry Jam
I came up with this recipe after 9 years of experimentation. I wonder if the mulberry tree in the courtyard of my alma mater is still bearing fruit.Since snipping off the stems does not remove the part that is inside the berry, I've discovered this method. Since the berries are separated from the stem, there's no need for a blender or food processor. Recipe by Iguanano egao

I wanted to make something like this. Recipe by Roozukenodaidokoro

Fig Jam
My family is separated into those who eat figs plain and those who like them as a jam, but only a few of us like them plain so they go bad fairly quickly. This is why I made them into a jam that can be stored. The amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the figs, so adjust as needed. Ripe figs are pretty sweet, so please add more lemon juice. In Step 4, be careful not to let it boil down too much. Recipe by Nu-shi. (Uses 1 pack of 5 small figs.)

Blueberry Jam

Fig Jam
Figs are in season, so I decided to make jam out of them!Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking – you could decrease the amount if you want, but if you plan on keeping the jam for a long time be sure to use an amount of sugar that's over 50% of the weight of the figs. Recipe by uzukaji. (Yields two 170 g jars.)

Strawberry Banana Jam
I love "Gomekochan's" banana jam, and I thought it would be the perfect match with a strawberry jam so I made this recipe! You can make this jam quickly, unlike normal strawberry jam where you have to leave it for a while. It will be very sweet if you use ripened bananas. It is very easy for the jam to scorch, so please stir while boiling it down. Recipe by Orihime mama

Light Strawberry Jam
My light strawberry banana jam. It's not as red as normal people would think it should be because I used light grape juice instead of sugar.

Easy Cranberry Jam
I bought some fresh cranberries at Costco, but if you eat them fresh, they're not sweet. So, I made them into jam. While heating, mix gently with a silicone spatula to prevent it from burning. This time, I used 180 g of sugar, which is half the weight of the cranberries. Modify the amount of sugar as you like. Recipe by Butausagi!

Easy Strawberry Jam
I always make strawberry jam at this time of year. Homemade strawberry jam is delicious.Even if the jam is runny after simmering for 10-15 minutes, it will thicken when cooled. If it still doesn't thicken, simmer a bit more.It has quite a mild sweetness, so you can enjoy it in many ways, on bread, with yogurt, in desserts, etc. Recipe by pastis009

Frozen Strawberry Jam
I wasn't planning to make jam but I forgot to put the frozen strawberries I bought in the freezer, so I needed an emergency rescue. Please make it with 3 times this amount. The sugar is about 40 to 60% of the strawberries in weight. Please adjust the amount to taste.Try adding an equal amount of blueberries for a mixed berry jam. This jam is great on bread and scones of course, as well as on yogurt or ice cream. The procedure is the same using fresh strawberries. Tart and Delicious Lemon Jam
The jam from the local sightseeing farm was so delicious, so I wanted to try making it myself. Before this, I had never had lemon jam. When cool, it's nice and thick, so stop cooking it when it gets to the point where it seems just a bit too runny. This time, I made sweet lemon peels from the lemon peel by taking it out along the way and boiling it many times, so the amount of lemon peel has been reduced. It's okay even without lemon peels. Easy Jam with Strawberry Preserves
Without fail, I make this every year when small strawberries go on sale, This simple recipe that uses only 3 ingredients has been in our family for a long time! Even though it's easy, it gets great mileage. We use it on bread, scones, and in sweets. The key to maintaining the fresh red color is to simmer it on medium heat for a short amount of time. Please be sure to carefully remove the scum. It makes all the difference in the result. Recipe by Toiroiro

Simple Apple Jam
I bought some Starking apples, but they didn't go over well with my family, so tried making some jam. I think they're delicious either way.I made this with 30% as much sugar as apple. If you want to store it for a long time, I think it's better to use a larger amount of sugar, like about 50%. Recipe by ankobby
