Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcouscous
  2. Chopped tomatoes
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Chopped garlic
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Seasoning
  7. Spices of choice
  8. Salt
  9. Chopped veggies (carrots,green beans, bell peppers)
  10. Tomato paste
  11. Cooked beef cut into bite sizes
  12. Soy / oyster sauce
  13. Coconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Pour vegetable oil into pan on medium heat, add in garlic sauté for 30 seconds add in onions sauté for another 30 seconds

    Add in chopped beef and fry for about 5 minutes and remove from pan and set aside

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes add tomato paste and fry for another 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Add in veggies, spices, seasoning,salt to taste, fried beef, soy sauce and allow to seemer for about 2 to 3 minutes

    Add half a cup of coconut milk and bring to a boil

  6. 6

    Add in couscous and stir till evenly distributed

  7. 7

    Cover with foil and allow to cook on low heat till water is completely absorbed

  8. 8

    Turn off heat stir and serve as preferred
