Instant Prep! Japanese Pub-style Salt Cured Cucumbers

I wanted to recreate what I ate at an izakaya (Japanese pub).
When brining, be sure to thoroughly coat the cucumber and roll enough to brine it.
Use the amount of salt that suits your taste. The taste will improve if you let it sit in the refrigerator for a bit.
Once you taste this, you can't stop eating!! Try one and see... Recipe by Peko

That Sauce! Chinese-style Salt Cured Cucumbers That Sauce! Chinese-style Salt Cured Cucumbers
I wanted to make an easy-prep, salt-cured cucumber that even children would like. When I used the recipe with the seasoning from shirasu sauce, it turned out delicious. It's now one of my daughter's favorites. For those who like spice, add red chili peppers when curing.Thoroughly dissolve the sugar. Curing for 2 hours gives a perfect crunchiness and the cucumbers become well cured. If longer, the seasoning will blend in, but the crunchiness will disappear. If you peel the cucumbers a little, they will cure more evenly. Recipe by Tsukonindesumasu cookpad.japan -

Pickled Cucumber - Asian Cucumber Salad Pickled Cucumber - Asian Cucumber Salad
I'm sharing another pickled cucumber recipe, which is also easy and quick to make. As long as you have all the ingredients at home, you can prepare this dish in half an hour. You can serve this dish after marinating it for 30 minutes, but the longer you marinate it, the more flavorful it'll get. Make sure you keep the pickled cucumber in the refrigerator. And I recommend finishing it within 5 days. This pickled cucumber can be served as an appetizer or a side with any meaty or hearty dish. The refreshing and crunchy cucumber will cut right through the grease. Instruction video (https://youtu.be/TYnfn6JIJew) Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -

[Easy] Delicious Izakaya-Style Salted Cabbage Leaves [Easy] Delicious Izakaya-Style Salted Cabbage Leaves
I've been making this for so many years...This cabbage with natural salt was part of the menu of an izakaya (Japansese gastro-pub) that I went to. I was kind of surprised that lemon was supposed to be squeezed over the salt while eating, but it was actually really good. Garlic sesame oil is an indispensable sauce that let's you enjoy even something as seemingly bland as cabbage! The salt won't dissolve in the garlic sesame oilbut will sink to the bottom, so be sure to stir it up from the bottom before using it. This very simple and easy recipe really brings out the natural sweetness of the cabbage. Uploading this recipe is kind of embarrassing since it's so easy. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan
