At first I only used butter and black pepper. Then I kept on adding things each time I made this dish.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2packs Enoki mushrooms
  2. 12Shiitake mushrooms
  3. 1 cloveGarlic (finely chopped)
  4. 3 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 tbspButter
  6. 1 tspChicken soup stock granules
  7. 1Salt and pepper
  8. 2 tbspWhite wine

Cooking Instructions

    Cut off the ends of the mushrooms and chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat some olive oil and add the chopped garlic. Stir-fry over a low heat.

  3. 3

    When the garlic releases its aroma, add the shiitake mushrooms and continue to stir-fry over a medium heat.

  4. 4

    When the shiitake mushrooms are soft, add the enoki mushrooms and continue to stir-fry.

  5. 5

    Season with white wine, Japanese soup stock, salt and pepper.

    Finally, season with butter.

    Recently, I've been serving a variation that only uses king oyster mushrooms. They are really delicious.
