Ingredients

  1. Fresh liver, kidney, heart, intestines
  2. 3large onions
  3. Mixed grinded spices (ginger, corrriander, black pepper, clove)
  4. Fresh grinded garlic
  5. 15Seasoning cubes, curry with turmeric
  6. 1 tbspnsalt
  7. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the the stomach content especially the intestines flesh, wash thoroughly & pump water in and out to clear all the content, plait it & cut into pieces, add all the spicy ingredients mentioned & the slice the onions. Add water & set on fire until it becomes soft. Change the suya pan or wash it when it's a bit sticky. Add vegetable oil to fry it all together.

    NB: Do not dscard any content before frying, add reasonable amount of water that will cook it & make it soft so that the water drains before you add the oil. Enjoy.
