Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsground beef with some fat (1 kg)
  • 1large bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 2large onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoonmeat seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonmixed spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ground beef with the onions and parsley, or process them together in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.

    Add the salt, black pepper, meat seasoning, and mixed spices to the meat mixture.

  3. 3

    Shape the kofta into thin finger-like pieces, similar to kebabs.

  4. 4

    Heat a little oil in a skillet and cook the kofta, turning them on all sides until the meat is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Place the kofta on paper towels to drain, then serve hot.
