Add this mixture to the ground meat and knead well.

Shape into balls and cover.

Sauté the remaining onion until golden, then add the remaining garlic, turmeric, mixed spices, curry powder, cumin, and tomato paste.

Add hot water, the kofta balls, and potato cubes. Let the pot simmer on the stove until the sauce thickens, then add chopped cilantro.

Serve with white rice.
