#pepper is High in antioxidants.. Has anti-inflammatory properties. benefit brain, improve blood sugar control. lower cholesterol levels, have cancer-fighting properties. It's a versatile spice.
Cooking Instructions

Apply butter on bread slices. Slice tomato, onion, and boiled potato in round slices. Place corn and coriander leaves on the buttered slice.

Place boiled potatoes over it. Sprinkle black pepper. Place sliced tomatoes over it.

Grate cheese on it. Now apply schezwan sauce on the other 2 slices and place and cover it upside down.
- 4
Grill it in OTG for 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
