Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1 Tbspbutter
  3. 1/2 bowlboiled corns
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1onion
  6. 1Boiled potato
  7. 1cheese cube
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper
  11. 1 tsporgeno
  12. As Per TasteSalt, if required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Apply butter on bread slices. Slice tomato, onion, and boiled potato in round slices. Place corn and coriander leaves on the buttered slice.

    Place boiled potatoes over it. Sprinkle black pepper. Place sliced tomatoes over it.

    Grate cheese on it. Now apply schezwan sauce on the other 2 slices and place and cover it upside down.

    Grill it in OTG for 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
