    Wash the moringa leaves with salt and water, drain and pour inside a bowl.

    Add in the couscous, grated scotch bonnets and red peppers, chopped onions, groundnut, seasoning cubes, ajino and salt. Stir well till it combines. Then add little water and mix.

    Prepare your steamer and pour the mixture in it. Cover and allow it steam till tender.

  4. 4

    When it's done, pour it inside a clean bowl, add in oil, half -fried onion, grinded kuli kuli and mix well.

  5. 5

    Done and serve, garnish with cucumber
