No soaking of daal or rice... it's instant dhokla.. made with suji. It can be made within minutes. Spongy n soft. Eat n enjoy. Quick to make evening snack.
Cooking Instructions

Take a cup of rava/suji/semolina. Take a cup of curd.

Add salt n finely chopped green chilies n water. Mix everything well.

Divide the batter into 2 different vessels. Grease is a plate with oil. Add eno fruit salt to 1 batter n mix well gently.

Pour the Batter into a greased plate. Boil water in a vessel. Place a stand n squeezed lemon in it. Place the batter on the stand n cover the lid. Steam the dhokla batter for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes remove from the gas n spread the coriander chutney evenly. Then add fruit salt to the rest of the batter n mix well.

Now spread the remaining dhokla batter over the chutney batter n again put on gas for steaming. Cover the lid n let it steam for 10 minutes. Remove the dhokla batter from gas n let it be at room temperature.

Heat oil for tempering. Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds n mustard seeds. Let them crackle. Now spread the tempering over the top of dhokla batter n garnish with coriander leaves. Cut the dhoklas into square pieces.

Now remove each piece n place it on the serving plate.

Enjoy sandwich dhokla with your favorite chutney.
