Ingredients

Prep time 15 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupsseeded finely diced firm tomatoes. Roma is good but use what you like
  2. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  3. 1medium jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  4. 2 clovesgarlic finely minced
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonlime juice
  7. 1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro (add a little at a time to your taste)

Cooking Instructions

Prep time 15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a medium bowl mix all ingredients. You can serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. This is a recipe you cant mess up. I f one ingredient is overpowering add more of the others.
