Ingredients

2 cups
  1. 1 cupfine chopped cilantro
  2. 15 ozstrained diced mango
  3. Juice of 1 lime
  4. 1large vine ripened tomatoe
  5. 2medium jalapeños(I add some of the seeds because I like it hot)
  6. Tspfresh ground kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and taste for seasoning or balance, store overnight.
