My kids would never eat this recipe because of the jalapenos. Rather then getting rid of the jalapenos. I added oranges zest to bring a sweet to the spice. "They loved it!"

  1. 3Tomatoes diced
  2. 1/4yellow onion/fine diced
  3. 1Jalapeno seeded/ fine diced
  4. 2limes zest/juice
  5. 1orange/zest only
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. Pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together and set in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
