I'm a little into macrobiotic cuisine these days.Use your choice of ingredients.I like to add konnyaku to add volume. The dried shiitake gives a better taste, but if you don't have any on hand, use about 1 teaspoon dashi stock granules instead. Recipe by Usapan cookpad.japan -
No Bubbles! Easy Mentsuyu Chawanmushi No Bubbles! Easy Mentsuyu Chawanmushi
To simplify the method, I used a pot instead of a frying pan. Since it's so easy, I serve chawanmushi for dinner often.Getting rid of the bubbles with a lighter was a method I learned from my mom. Be careful of the flame!Once the water in the pot boils, bring the heat down to low or medium. If the heat is too strong, bubbles will form.Cook the meat beforehand. If you put it in raw, the meat might still be raw even though the egg is already cooked. Even if you microwave the chicken, it'll be tender and not overly dry. Recipe by Shijimi24. cookpad.japan -
Microwaved Iri-Tamago Fine Scrambled Eggs And Egg Balls Microwaved Iri-Tamago Fine Scrambled Eggs And Egg Balls
For bento making on busy mornings! When I have no time to make a tamoyaki, or when I don't want to increase my washing-up load, I often make this.If you have a small whisk it's much easier to make. If you don't have a small whisk, just use a bowl that your regular sized whisk will fit into. When wrapping the egg ball in plastic wrap, make sure to let it cool down a bit first! If you try to handle the egg while it's still piping hot, the plastic wrap will break, so be careful. For 1 batch (or 2 egg balls). Recipe by Marugo-ru cookpad.japan -

Easy and Quick Simmered Chicken Tenders and Tofu Easy and Quick Simmered Chicken Tenders and Tofu
I thought up a recipe to enjoy the moistness and softness of chicken tenders.Chicken tenders are healthy, so this is also quite popular with women! This only takes about 20 minutes to make, and is very easy. This has a mild flavour, so please try it out at your house.By lightly coating the chicken tenders in katakuriko, you'll be able to enjoy the softness of the chicken even after cooking them. The chicken tastes best if not overcooked after it has fully cooked through. You can add a finishing touch of sesame seed oil if you like, and it will give the dish a slightly different delicious flavour. For serving 2. Recipe by Suigou no toriyasan cookpad.japan
