It is glazed pork, a SUPER GOOD match with a bowl of white rice. If you are not a rice person, please sandwich it.

  • Slicespork 200grams
  • 2 tablespoonSoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonMirin
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • Ginger 1 teaspoon grated
  • 1 teaspoonWheat flour
  • Salt (small amount)
  • Mayo small amount(optional)
  • Cabbage 1/6 of the whole
  • Green onions small amount(garnish, optional)

  1. 1

    Slice cabbage and green onions while the cutting board is clean. These are garnishes.

    On a plate or cutting board, salt sliced pork lightly and coat it with flour.

    Grate some ginger.

    In a frying pan, cook the pork in medium heat.

  5. 5

    When the pork is 80% cooked, add sugar, mirin and soy sauce and caramelize it. Add ginger too.

  6. 6

    On a plate of sliced cabbages, set along the pork. Done!!
