Ginger Pork (shogayaki)

Ginger Pork is called Shougayaki in Japanese.
It is glazed pork, a SUPER GOOD match with a bowl of white rice. If you are not a rice person, please sandwich it.
Recipe video: (sorry the video is rather long, 10 minutes, but hopefully it’s educational. Few kitchen gadgets introduced with thorough explanations of seasoning methods.)
