It is glazed pork, a SUPER GOOD match with a bowl of white rice. If you are not a rice person, please sandwich it.

Ingredients

  1. Slicespork 200grams
  2. 2 tablespoonSoy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoonMirin
  4. 1 tablespoonSugar
  5. Ginger 1 teaspoon grated
  6. 1 teaspoonWheat flour
  7. Salt (small amount)
  8. Mayo small amount(optional)
  9. Cabbage 1/6 of the whole
  10. Green onions small amount(garnish, optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice cabbage and green onions while the cutting board is clean. These are garnishes.

    On a plate or cutting board, salt sliced pork lightly and coat it with flour.

    Grate some ginger.

  4. 4

    In a frying pan, cook the pork in medium heat.

  5. 5

    When the pork is 80% cooked, add sugar, mirin and soy sauce and caramelize it. Add ginger too.

  6. 6

    On a plate of sliced cabbages, set along the pork. Done!!
