Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add the eggs & sugar, use a mixer to mix until creamy, whitish & fluffy.

Add the corn flour & use whisker to mix gently add the flour also.

Mix gently until the mixture is steady, spread the parchment paper in a pan & grease with a little oil.
- 4
Pour the batter and bake. Roll & cover in a warm place.
- 5
Unroll gentle & spread the whipped cream, roll back & enjoy.
