Apples and pork have went together for ever and a day. Instead of eggs I use applesauce as a binder.
Steps

Mix the meatball ingredients, heat oil. Roll into marble sized meatballs. Fry till meatballs are browned on outside. Move them around a lot, or applesauce and cheese will burn. Cook the ground pork, add the spices, water,and soup ingredients. Add the meatballs cook till meatballs are done 20 minutes.

Don't add cheese package to soup yet set aside.

Cut pepper pod and remove stem and seeds. Add to warm water in a bowl. Microwave on high 3 minutes.

Scrape the soft inside leaving skin. Discard skin and add paste to soup.

Add pod water, vinegar, and cheese powder stir in and incorporate well. Taste as vinegar counteracts the salt flavour. Simmer 15 minutes serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
