Basil Milk Bread
I saw many basil in my pot, so want to make fresh bread with my favorite basil.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean and wash and chop the basil. I used chopper
- 2
I used bread maker to make dough. If you are using bread maker like me, you can out every ingredients for making dough into the machine and press the bottom of Bread Dough.
- 3
Next step is 1st fermentation. Take out the bread dough from machine on to the flat mat (put little flower sparkle on mat)
- 4
Cut the bread dough any size you like. You will be able to make about 12 breads. Make them circle. Place them in the room temperature for bench time for 20 min.
- 5
Make bread shap you like. I made roll table bread style. You can make any shaps. You can put anything you want inside of bread as well. I put little cream cheese and dry fruits.
- 6
2nd Fermentation is about 50 to 80 min depends on how the dough rise. Splash the water onto the dough then put cover like foil or raps or rids.
- 7
Put them anywhere temperature between 70F and 80F. Not to exceed 100F. I put it outside under the sum to rise faster.
- 8
After the fermentation process, brush mixing egg and sparkle pink salt top of the bread dough. Then put into preheated of 340F oven for 18 min.
- 9
After baked the bread take it out.

Milk Bread Milk Bread
This milk bread with homemade yeast is my favorite bread recipe that I bake often []. Recently, I haven't had time to make homemade yeast (sob!) so I made the bread with cheap and easy dry yeast. It still tastes good so I wrote it all down.Keep kneading until the gluten is well-developed. The rising and baking steps will make a big difference in the final product so please monitor carefully and decide for yourself. I like a light-colored bread so halfway through baking I lowered the oven temperature but if you prefer a darker color keep the oven temperature as is. For 1 loaf. Milk Bread Milk Bread
This is the milk bread sold in Asian stores. It is soft like commercial bread, but sweet and milky. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, etc.You know how some bakers say, you can't make bread stressed out? It's true. When making your dough, you cannot stress about time. Knead as much as you can until you hit the right consistency. Watch a movie when letting the dough rise. Go out for your walk when you are proofing. Pay attention to the smell and peek in the oven to see how it looks instead of letting the timer run out. pow.shopow -

Fluffy Milk Bread Fluffy Milk Bread
I wanted to make really fluffy bread! And with this bread, my dream came true.I wanted the bread to have a slight golden color on the tops, so I covered them with a sheet of aluminum foil after 10 minutes of baking time. But if you want to bake white bread, dust the tops with bread flour, bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 7 minutes. In the summertime, preheat the oven to 180°C, lower the temperature to 140°C, and bake for 15 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if needed). Sunday Morning Milk Bread Sunday Morning Milk Bread
On weekdays we always eat rice and miso soup for breakfast, but on Sundays, when my husband isn't working, he always eats toast for breakfast. I used the bread maker to make the bread from scratch, too. My husband loves his scrambled egg toast so I wanted to introduce the recipe on Cookpad. The milk bread tastes so great because it contains a mixture of milk and skimmed milk powder. When baking the bread in the bread maker, add the egg mixture after it's been returned to room temperature. This will result in a smooth and fluffy loaf. You can make the scrambled eggs really quickly in the microwave and the grated cheese will lend it a nice kick!Toast to how you like.
