Just add everything to a bowl. Mix well and it's all ready. The best part is that it's done pretty much easily.

And this can be made with just Cucumber peels as well. But I have added Cucumber cubes too along with an Onion. Serve it alongside any Pulao, Hyderabadi Bagara Khana, Cumin Rice, Ghee Rice etc.

The options are endless. This also tastes yum with Aloo Parathas as well. Enjoy! Yum!
