Pizza Bread

Pizza is a common thing to eat when everyone gets together, right? I thought I could make a simple and easy pizza bread, so I gave this a try. I recommend it.

Use whatever you like for the filling. Please adjust the baking time and temperature accordingly. It'll become a bit thin, but you can also bake this on a tray with baking paper. Please adjust the cooking time. If you like spicy foods, add tabasco sauce. For kids, eating it with ketchup is also delicious. Recipe by Renbasu

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2〇Eggs
  2. 100 ml〇Milk
  3. 50 ml〇Vegetable oil
  4. 3 tbsp〇Powdered cheese
  5. 1 tsp〇Dry parsley
  6. 1 tsp〇Dry basil
  7. 1 tsp〇Garlic butter
  8. 1 dash〇Salt
  9. 1 dash〇Pepper
  10. 100 grams〇Cake Flour
  11. 1 tsp〇Baking Powder
  12. 1/2Onion
  13. 1Green pepper
  14. 1 bagWiener sausages
  15. 1Tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Thinly slice onion and green peppers. Cut the wieners and tomato into 1 cm cubes. Mix and sift cake flour and baking powder.

  2. 2

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add 〇 ingredients in order as listed from the top and mix. Add ingredients from Step 1 and mix.

  3. 3

Line the pan with butter, add a thin layer of cake flour, and pour in the mixture from Step 2. Bake at 180℃ - 200℃ for 30 minutes. If you can skewer it cleanly, it's done.

  4. 4

Serve with salad for the right balance in nutrients. It seems like quiche. This is one of my favorite dishes. Eat with Coke or wine.

  5. 5

You can also make in a regular heat-resistant baking pan (pictured: 18 x 12.5 x 3.5 cm), but it doesn't bake through well, so bake for a little longer.
