Christmas Bread Wreath

I always make this wreath for Christmas.
In Step 3, weigh the dough and divide it precisely. Make the dough ropes an even length and thickness so that you can make the wreath even more beautiful. Dry the bread really well after baking to make a hard decorative wreath. You can keep the bread wreath if you store it with a drying agent. You can keep it for years unless it grows mold. Have a go at making your own lovely Christmas wreath. Recipe by Kaotan mama *

Christmas Wreath Made From Bread Christmas Wreath Made From Bread
I used to make Christmas wreaths in a bread baking class. I used the recipe from that class and changed it so that it is easier to make.Since the dough can crease when you let it rest and when you are stretching out the strands, you should use a damp dish cloth to prevent it from drying out.If you change the length of the strands, the wreath's size and volume also changes. ・Longer batter -->Thin and large wreath ・Shorter batter --> Fat and small wreath For 1 wreath (2 small wreaths). Christmas wreath bread Christmas wreath bread
A great bread for Christmas! You can decorate them when the bread is done cooling off! When making bread-When placing yeast and salt in a bowl at the beginning, do not put it next to each other! When yeast touches salt before the yeast is dissolved in liquid, the salt will stop yeast from working.-Always use warm milk and unsalted butter-when rising, make sure the dough has doubled its size from beginning to end. Adjust the time if necessary.-if the dough is drying, spray water with spray bottle Anna -

Christmas Santa Claus Bread Christmas Santa Claus Bread
When I uploaded my recipe for reindeer bread previously, it got a great response. I thought that Santa Claus bread would make a good match to creative a festive air.If you put the piece of bread that defines the hat just on the edge of the face bread, it may fall off during the 2nd rising, so place it a bit on the inside of the outer edge. It does take some effort to form the bread, so make sure not to let the dough dry out while you work. You could also draw on the face using a chocolate decorating pen. A White Christmas Tree Made of Bread A White Christmas Tree Made of Bread
Last Christmas season, I saw a beautiful Christmas tree made out of bread on the diary of another COOKPAD member "Renpasu"! She wrote that she covered a cone made out of cardboard with aluminium foil, wrapped the bread around it, then baked it standing up... and so on. I think she used bread for the decorations too? I used cut-out cookies instead and combined the tree with a drinking glass to give it more height. For the cookie decoration, I referred to a cookbook. The bread wreath dough I used has 240 g bread flour, 60 g cake flour, 4-4.5 g dry yeast, 12 g sugar, 6 g salt, 150 g water, and 36 g shortening, referring to this blog post (in Japanese):http://blog.goo.ne.jp/from-my-kitchenFor the cookie dough - I'm still experimenting with different recipes. I may edit this later after my results. Recipe by Ranpuai cookpad.japan -

Made with Chewy Shiratamako! Chocolate Chip Wreath Bread Made with Chewy Shiratamako! Chocolate Chip Wreath Bread
I just wanted to make some tasty bread with the shiratamako I found sitting in the corner of my kitchen and the gigantic bag of chocolate chips that I bought. The chocolate melts! Or so others say, so I added a note to Step 2. Please try it out.You can use wheat flour in place of the shiratamako, but the water is rather cold this season, so it might be better to make it with lukewarm water instead. The dough is a bit sticky, so please sprinkle with flour when shaping. If you don't have a bottom oven rack, then please make adjustments when lowering the temperature from 180°C→160°C while keeping an eye on it. For 18 cm [7.1 in] ring pan. Recipe by Youtank cookpad.japan -
