My microwave is 1200 watts and I cooked mine on high power for 2 to 3 minutes tops.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  4. 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  5. 1/8 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp. milk
  7. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  8. 1 tbspmini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Use a sizeable microwave-safe Mug with enough head space for the cake to rise without pouring over.

    Add Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Brown Sugar, Salt

  3. 3

    Add in the milk and vegetable oil and whisk until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps.

    Add chocolate chips in the middle of the batter. (Just drop it in the middle, no need to push it down and sink it in the batter).

  5. 5

    Microwave mug cake for 2 minutes on high. If cake is still running add an extra 30 seconds, make sure not to over cook your cake.

    Carefully remove from microwave and enjoy!
