    Parboil your spaghetti, while parboiling add oil to avoid it sticking dein add little salt..bring it down once it’s slightly parboiled and wash

    The chicken I used is a leftover chicken from my Sunday stew..if cut in large size divide your chicken into two wash of the stew on it dein fry..

    Slice your onions,scotch bonnet,cabbage and carrot..place your pan on low heat and add little oil dein add your onions, cabbage,carrot and scotch bonnet.. stir and add soy sauce
    Set aside

    Add your oil in another pot,add onions,tomato paste, sliced scotch bonnet fry dein add your blended ginger, garlic,red bell pepper and fry. While frying add your spices(Maggi, salt, and jollof spice,I added little turmeric) dein stir and add water..
    Add your parboiled spaghetti,left over fried chicken dein add your remaining onions..stir and cover..check for taste

    Add your stir fried veggies wen the water is almost dried..leave to cook a little..stir and serve with any juice of your choice
