Ingredients

  2. Eggs
  3. Sliced onions
  4. Chopped tomatoes
  5. Seasoning to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onions,saute until onions are transparent

    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.

  3. 3

    Add egg mixture and stir in tomatoes. Cook until eggs are set.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately.
