Ingredients

8 hours
2 persons
  1. 4large ripe bananas
  2. 4 tablespoonsPowdered milk
  3. 1 teaspoonBanana, milk or vanilla flavour
  4. Sugar (optional)
  5. 2 glasseswater

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your bananas and cut into small chunks. Pour all in a blender. Add the powdered milk, flavour, sugar and water.

    Blend on a high speed until Smooth. Pour in an ice cream plates or cups. Freeze for 3 hours.

    Take out from the freezer, pour it back again inside your blender. Blend again under medium speed for 1 minute. This is to get a creamier mixture. Pour the banana mixture back into the ice cream plates or cups freeze again overnight or until it solidifies.

    Your banana ice cream is ready 😋😋

    Note : you can also use liquid milk or condensed milk
