Is a simple world wide recipe, I prepared it for breakfast and served it with left over white rice.
Cooking Instructions

Wash your veggies, grind the scotch bonnet and dice the other veggies, add ginger powder and seasoning to the veggies, mix well, break two eggs in a separate bowl and pour into the veggies and stir well

Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 2 tablespoon of ghee oil 'man shanu' to a pan, allow to sizzle, pour in the egg mixture, allow to fry well then flip over the other side and allow to fry too, serve and enjoy, I served mine with left over white rice. The taste of the ghee oil was amazing 😋😋.
