  1. 1 CupOrganic Coconut Milk
  2. 1 PacketProteinMilkshake Coconut cupcakes 10% Off Code CleanProtein25
  3. 1 packetGelatin unflavored
  4. 5 dropcoconut extract
  5. 2 tspPyure Sweetner
  6. 1 tspnutmeg
  7. 1 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Place the coconut milk in a blender with protein powder, the sweetness, spice and combine. Then place batter in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly to remove lumps.

    Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and sprinkle in gelatin. Continue to stir for about 10 minutes. When mixture thickens and reduces, remove from heat.

    Pour into 6 small silicone baking mold I use the heart.

    Allow to cool 30 minutes then refrigerate overnight.
