  1. 1/4yam (quater)
  2. Egg
  3. 3tomato
  4. 2scotch pepper
  5. 3red bell pepper
  6. 1medium onion
  7. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  8. 2maggi cubes
  9. 1/2 tea spooncurry & thyme
  10. 2 serving spoonoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel, wash & cut yam into thick sticks like shape, add into a pot & cook with little salt until soft & tender then off heat & strain water. In a hot pan with little oil crack & whisk egg with a pinch of salt & fry, flip the other side to fry until golden then serve.

    Wash & grind tomato, red bell pepper & scotch pepper add into a pot on heat cook until water drains out add in some oil, peel & slice onions, add then add all the seasonings
    & cook until tender if it’s too thick you can add little water to loosen it. Then off heat.
