Ingredients

  1. Quarter of the yam
  2. 5large egg
  3. Onion
  4. Curry and mixed spices
  5. Thyme, garlic & ginger powder
  6. 2seasoning cubes
  7. 1tspn of salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Crack the yam & add all the mixed spices together, slice the onion, add the seasonings cubes & whisk.

  2. 2

    Peel, wash & add salt & water to cook the yam until soft. Cut & deep in eggs.

  3. 3

    Deep fry & enjoy.
