  1. 2indomie noodles(small pack)
  2. 1 1/2 cupswater
  3. 2medium sized plantain
  4. 1boiled eggs
  5. Chopped springs onions
  6. Grated scotch bonnet
  7. Little curry
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Peel the plantain, slice and fry, set aside. Boil water in a pot add the noodles, seasoning, oil and scotch bonnet cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes, add the chopped spring onion and allow to simmer for 2 mins, empty on a plate and garnish with the plantain and boiled egg.
