Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut your yam, wash and cook your pomo and ram head, debone your fish wash and add little water inside to make it soft, cut and wash your fresh fish.

In a pot add water and add on your yam chunks, pounded your pepper

Add it to the yam and your seasoning cubes and spcies cover and cook for some minutes

Then add your fresh fish, pomo and ram head, cook till when yam is soft.

Then add your fresh fish again and more crayfish powder, cover and cook for another five minutes

Then and dice spring onions on top sorry am to use uziza but its not available so I use spring onions and its done.

Remove your yam and also your fresh fish so that it will not scatter check for your seasoning cubes, in a blender blend the yam in to a smooth paste.

Add the puree to your pot cover and allow to melt for like five minutes

Enjoy with any swallow of choice.
