Put meat in plastic bag with onion soup mix. Shake to cover meat. Divide into 2 if necessary to fit into bag.

Place meat into greased crockpot.

Add potatoes, onion, and carrots.

Whisk together cream of celery soup, beef broth, ketchup, and worchestershire sauce.

Pour mixture over potatoes, carrots and beef.

Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve and enjoy.
