Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel beans throughly.Grind till fine paste is formed.

Wash banana leaves and set aside.

Pour hot water,vegetable oil, seasoning and salt and stir.

Then pour mixture into cone shaped fold of the banana leaf.
- 5
Arrange gentle in a steamer and live for 45mins.
- 6
When leaves turn brown your moi moi is ready.
