Ingredients

  1. 500 gBeans
  2. Banana leaves/efo leaves
  3. 100 mlhot water
  4. 8 Bell pepper/tattashe
  5. 8 habernero pepper/attarodo
  6. 5Seasoning chicken knorr cube
  7. 2 bulb small onions
  8. 4 large eggs
  9. 2medium size mackrell fish smoked/boiled/fried
  10. 2tbsp salt
  11. 2 cupsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel beans throughly.Grind till fine paste is formed.

    Wash banana leaves and set aside.

  3. 3

    Pour hot water,vegetable oil, seasoning and salt and stir.

  4. 4

    Then pour mixture into cone shaped fold of the banana leaf.

  5. 5

    Arrange gentle in a steamer and live for 45mins.

  6. 6

    When leaves turn brown your moi moi is ready.
