Steps

Soak,wash and cut spinach. Wash tomatoes,onion,Scotch bonnet and red bell peppers,grind 5 tomatoes, ½ onion,Scotch bonnet and red bell peppers and cook until the water is almost dry,set aside.

Dice ½ of the remaining onion and 5 tomatoes and set it aside.

Remove scales and unwanted parts in the fish,cut fish to desired parts,use lemon juice or vinegar to wash the fish very well and set aside.

1st step:Arrange spinach,fish,tomatoes, grinded pepper,onions,3 maggi cubes and pinch of curry powder

2nd step:repeat the 1st step

3rd step:repeat the above procedure

4th step:repeat 1st,2nd and 3rd steps,add in ruwan kanwa and oil
- 9
Cook in a low heat for one hour or until the water is almost dry. Serve with tuwo,rice or any food of your choice.
